Privacy Policy

This is a draft for an early prototype and is not a finalized or legally reviewed privacy policy. Siplys does not yet collect real personal data in this demo.

Information we intend to collect

When live, Siplys plans to collect the information you provide (such as your email, display name, and saved drinks, shops, and pop-ups) and basic usage information needed to operate the app. City is used at a city level for discovery; precise location is optional and only used if you explicitly enable it.

How we intend to use it

To show relevant drinks and shops, remember your saves and follows, send the updates you opt into, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You will be able to update your preferences, control notifications and marketing updates separately, and request deletion of your account. Marketing updates are always opt-in and never bundled with required notifications.
